I purchased a room for my friend who was coming to visit on May 20-21 and the room was just awful. They switched her room 3 times because it was just saw bad. When she got to her first room there was weed all over. It looked like housekeeping had never shown up. The second room had dead bugs on the floor and hair in the shower. Disgusting! Who would want to stay here? Literally the worst Hampton ever! When I called to speak with a manager, they were already gone and no one seemed to be able to help.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could give this negative stars I would. This hotel was the worst experience I have ever had. We booked our room a month prior. When we arrived we waited in a line for about 45 minutes, there was only one person working at the desk, this was a soccer tournament weekend that obviously the hotel was aware of and should’ve been Staffed accordingly. After waiting 45 minutes when my turn came I was told that they did not have a room for me. It was myself and my three children two of them being young children, and this was 10:30 PM. They simply said that they did not have any double bed rooms. I was then asked to step aside so the worker could assist other people. After watching three other people walk up and get their keys with no issues I stepped back in front and demanded a room. After about another 30 minute wait and the worker had to video message the manager or someone else to help them get me a room, we were given a room with a king bed. At that point I did not care, we were exhausted and just wanted to place to sleep. The entire hotel reeked with the smell of marijuana the entire weekend. There were also people in our group that received keys for rooms that were already being occupied by other people, some had brown water out if the shower. The rooms were also cleaned very poorly, The fitted sheet kept coming off of the king bed and when I went to tuck it back in I found a large silver pocket knife, that if a housekeeper would have made the bed correctly they would have found that knive. Again I had small children in the room and if one of them would have picked that up it could’ve been a very bad outcome. Again this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m actually going to email, or call customer service, or if you guys could please give me a call I would love to speak to someone. If I could give this a negative rating I would. I have never seen such poor management in a hospitality business in my life.

Positive: Staff¿ awesome and accommodating Room¿. Clean/spacious Price¿ wonderful Signs to room¿ very clear Curbside appeal¿professional Negative: No microwave¿ brought food in was unable to cook it. Thought microwave was standard. Threw purchased items away¿had to eat out ¿¿ Went to shower¿. No shampoo, inconvenient.

Half the lights in the room did not work. Could barely see anything in the room. Half of of the outlets did not work. The bathroom fan sounded as if it was going to explode at any given time. Breakfast was rubbery, bathed in salt, and tasted old. Dirty bathroom. Three towels for three people (said they didn’t have extra). When we opened the large wall sized drapery, expected to find a nice view, we found…..a wall. The drapes were covering a wall. With a tiny window on the side.
