Very nice place to relax reasonable prices they take cash deposits and 1 of the few that still offer smoking rooms.Walking distance to restaurants and service stations most rooms have mini fridge and microwaves workout room great parking the attendants are helpful and polite. I love this spot

Stayed here 05/18/2022 at a rate of $103.26. Woke up the next morning and my catalytic converter was stolen from my 2020 SUV. Shelby County SO took a report the following morning. I was parked right in front of the main entrance facing two cameras. The owner Mitt never apologized or offered a refund. Told him that I was a Firefighter for the city and he still didn’t care. People do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I advise going to Olive Branch/Southaven to stay. But hey that’s Memphis for you it’s my own fault. I knew better staying here.

Rooms were clean, smelled of fresh paint though and painter's tape was on many door frames including ours. Website boasts a beautifully photographed continental breakfast. Signs use covid as an excuse not to offer ice water, juice, danishes, muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruit, sausage or biscuits. 3 cereal options were given only, with very little milk and extremely hot coffee provided to families. It's near impossible to take a bowl of cereal and milk to go, or a scalding cup of coffee. We were 3 floors up to our room from the dining area and had to grab breakfast elsewhere after the kids each managed small bowls of cereal quickly.

This place used to be nice and affordable… now, it’s just affordable… The staff is very nice, but the rooms are disgusting. We traveled for a funeral and rented 4 separate rooms… each room had the same or similar problems. The staff was kind enough to let us receive a refund and we went to another place. Issues included: horrible smells, broken air conditioner, mold around the rim of the sink, caked on dirt on the bed, broken beds, cigarette burns on the furniture, roach carcasses, stains and dirt crumbs on the sheets and blankets, broken toilet seats, broken televisions, dirty floors, dirty/broken/chipped/wobbly furniture. I’ve stayed here before and had no problems, however they have completely gone downhill. I hope they improve, because the workers are very kind.
