THIS HOSPITAL IS DANGEROUS DO NOT GO HERE I came in for a severe uti, The tech nurse in the ER was incredibly rude, fished for veins for five minutes in different spots. Nurses wouldn’t even listen when I said I was having pain but would respond to my fiancé and stepped right to it. My blood pressure was very low 84/42 and no one batted an eye saying it was normal. (For me it’s not) and also rolled her eyes when I couldn’t produce enough urine for a sample and yet again when I was ready to try again. The male nurse that was working on me was much better and was much nicer. The care was so rushed I don’t even think they looked at any of the scans I did as not much was mentioned. Got pumped with antibiotics that made me throw up and still got sent home. The script they sent me home with was way too high and are currently still making me vomit. This hospital is dangerous do not go here.

Every time I've gone to Charlton it's been a horrible experience (in the ER) the ladies at the front desk 9 times out of 10 are VERY rude. Absolutely no compassion for sick people. The wait time in the waiting time is always atleast a 3 hour wait. Once you get in a actual room the drs are pretty nice. It's just hell in that waiting room dealing with rude women. If you choose to have a job dealing with people who are sick you should care about human beings a tiny bit. imagine you're so sick you can't even stand and people are being rude and condescending making you more uncomfortable? I ended up going to st Ann's.

Horrible experience. Sorry but it's not a joke about someone having covid. Two nurses up front so rude. Never had a bad experience till tonight.

That is very nice of you. Call and ask them for more information on how you can do this.
Depends on units. You can find this information on the website. Keep in mind with covid a lot of rules have been put in place. Including modifying visiting hours.

There are many variables when it comes to how long the emergency room takes. How many people are waiting? Severity of your issue? As a reminder that Southcoast offers a urgent care center located in the South Coast Marketplace, the same Plaza that Market Basket is in.
