We were first in Room 207 and then reassigned to Room 226 because the first room was so unwell kept, dusty, and dim. Room key didn’t work a-lot of the time on our actual room doors and exterior doors so don’t try the Michael Myers challenge here. Not a lot of light in rooms being provided by like 4 lamps. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There’s a lot of scuffs, marks, and chipped furniture. It’s like somebody played soccer ⚽️ 🥅 in these rooms and won. Housekeeping declined to fully service us during our 4 days here, but they don’t mind providing items for you to serve yourself. Very limited complimentary items such as shaving and dental kits. We were given only sheets to change ourselves daily even after we told them we had a baby in the room that had reflux. Property was well kept outside and lobby. Indoor pool area overhead lights were off the entire time and used towels were all over the pool floor. Inner pool lights were on. Not enough pool towels were replenished during our stay, so take your bath towels down to the pool with you. The kitchen closes at 10pm & bar closes at 11pm. Room service is not a thing here. Idc what you see advertised. You will have to pay for everything at this property. We tried breakfast and it seems as if it was microwaved, but it kept me from moving so early in the morning so I was grateful. Drinks were strong though so that was great ! Staff was friendly compared to the customer service that you’ll receive in the city. It is around of a lot of great places to eat, entertainment, and shopping. Safe location overall. Didn’t really care for the overall stay, but it’s one of the cheapest places to stay in the city.

Great hotel and an even better location. I really enjoyed my room, the bed was sooo comfortable!!! The room could use some very minor repairs: piece of baseboard missing, spotted stains on carpet, and chipped furniture. (see pictures), but nothing that warranted me moving to another room. All in all I'd stay here again.

The reception was welcoming, but the the hotel service was poor. Many amenities in the rooms were missing—the sofabed sheet, pillows, towels. Even the shower gel was completely empty when we first entered the room. While we were able to request most of them from the reception desk, it was quite disappointing for a 3-star hotel. Complementary breakfast was not included unless ordered and paid, so be prepared. Other than these, the room itself was quite spacious.

Our team stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind for a local soccer tournament. Overall the rooms were below average with regard to cleanliness, but acceptable. The most significant problem was the customer service and general treatment of our parents and children. This was entirely unacceptable. Multiple parents and kids were treated far beyond rude by the staff at the front desk. It started almost from the moment we arrived and confrontations included shouting, arguments, and foul language. This is a group of parents and boys that have been on many tournament trips, not an unruly bunch as we understand the typical hotel expectations. They stated they have a "rule" that they don't allow any minor to be outside the room unaccompanied. Ultimately that was a good idea because I didn't feel safe leaving my kid unaccompanied in that hotel. Both nights as we sat in the outdoor sitting area in the back of the hotel, we were greeted by an intoxicated and high woman, who claimed she had been staying in that hotel for a few months. She'd sit in her car with the music blaring, smoking and drinking, then stumble out to attempt to talk to us. We were friendly to her, but it was not a good situations. Then there was a steady stream of younger adults going in and out the back door without a key. It was obvious they were not patrons. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We will not be going back.
