Don't plan on doing any laundry here. The rooms are pretty clean. I give them a 7 out of 10 but the common areas are quite dingy. The staff are nice but I rated the service 2 out of 10 because the ice machine on my floor did not work. None of the vending machines would accept a dollar bill. It took 3 cycles to get my clothes dry when I used the laundry. Here's the kicker, the front desk does not keep quarters on hand. So I had to run to a gas station at midnight to get more quarters to finish what should have been a 30 minute chore but took an hour and half. Other than that, the TVs are outdated. The beds are decent so of you just need a place to crash one night its fine. But, if you need somewhere to stay for 2 to 3 days or more I would highly recommend somewhere else. I will not be coming back here.

The staff were nice and friendly! Things were little unorganized when we first arrived, but after that it was a smooth ride. I booked the room initially for $98 a night but then the price went up to $106 a night. Never got an explanation on that. 😅 I couldn't edit my stay after I got I'll and had to leave a day early, but the hotel itself was clean and accomodating. I'd recommend them if you are in a pinch and want something affordable.

I had my rig break down in Memphis. Ended up here for 4 days. Wasn't a bad stay. The staff was very nice. A tad noisy because they were getting some repairs done on the building. SUPER HOT WATER which is a big plus in my book. Pet friendly with a deposit of 20 bucks. I enjoyed my time there in spite of my misfortune. Good Mexican restaurant across the way to eat at if you like Mexican.

The room smelled of Carpet Fresh while the room well- vacuumed. Overpowering for me-I turned on the fan. There is nowhere for the dog outside. In fact - it's complicated, very busy and TIGHT all around. This alone was very stressful for dogs and the dog walker. The TV in the public area was not working - on the day of the big ice storm! Workers came in from the storm gathering...information but the big TV in the lobby was out of order. Breakfast should be avoided. The staff was courteous.

Yes there is a Mexican restaurant in the parking lot, they want you to park your car in a locked fence yard. But my group of friends that went where 3 women we came in late a night. I was never scared, I never felt unsafe, I never heard the restaurant at night and I was on that side, I loved the place and I would stay there again
Oh yes it was 100% human! With bits of undigested corn included. They don't put whole corn kernels in dog food. I was refused a refund as well. Stating they didn't have the authority to give me a refund. Oh well. I have the authority to leave a well written negative review about their human FECES that was not cleaned off of the vent in possibly weeks. Also I've included pics that were somehow taken off. I'll be sure to check regularly to make sure the Human FECES pics stay on the review.

I don't see no construction when we go there, in the back is a company that use trucks but is no noises

It seemed OK, kind of industrial area. We took the hotel shuttle to Graceland. Not really a walkable area

No smoking rooms, but It was convenient to step out for a smoke.
