I hated staying here. I and a friend stayed for two days. We selected a room with two double beds. When we checked in, the hotel didn't give us a room with two double beds, instead it was a queen bed and a sofa bed. Since we had no other choice, we had to accept it. The room was not cleaned well. The bathtub, especially was quite dirty; I couldn't take a shower. The bed sheets on the sofa bed was quite old and dirty as well. The worst thing about this hotel is the customer service and the way treat you: I needed to separate the charges on the room into two receipts. I told this quite in advance at the time of booking in expedia about a month ago. In check-in, I requested to have separated charges again. I was told that we can do that at check-out. It was an early check-out, 3:30am. We wanted to separate the charges again. Front desk told me that it would take half an hour to do so and since we didn't have time, we left our names in a paper for the two separate receipts. Front desk person told us that she will send the receipts as email. After about couple of hours, we didn't get any e-mail. Then I sent two e-mails, one to the front desk email and one to the Front Office Manager. I tried calling the Front Office Manager multiple times, he/she didn't pick up the phone. I called front desk 3 times and every time I called, the person in the front desk didn't have any clue about my problem.

The hotel was very convenient and comfortable. I loved all the comfortable chairs and couches in the lobby that made up the seating areas. Perfect location to book for a conference!

Worst stay ever. Was told I would be credited for a room we did not need anymore and they accused me of living and hung up in my face. Breakfast isn't free and hotels ac did not work in the room. I do not recommend. They basically robbed me of $680 and hung up in my face.

I love it here the stay is very exceptional their front desk staff the restaurant staff and their housekeeping staff are so wonderful courteous and very very friendly I just wish they had more rooms. I will be returning to this facility and I am spreading the word. Great place to be
