Very nice comfortable hotel. Valet parking only, $22. We parked in the paid lot across the street for $18. Pet friendly, no fees. Nice seating area in the lobby. We didn't care for the breakfast, the bar area was nice. Room was clean. Great customer service.

Tally at Valet was my first impression of the property and he was very polite and helpful. Rebecca and Jasmine checked me in and they were great. Shelby was my server and bartender and she was super fantastic. The hotel is not near anything, except the convention center and the interstate. The service and the restaurant are great. The rooms are dated and the tub is peeling. This property needs to be revamped, but the staff is five stars.

What happened to this place? There is no security. I did not have to use my room card for re-entry into the lobby in the middle of the night or in elevator. There was no security in the lobby or anyone at the front desk. Anyone could come in and roam freely. I was approached in the lobby by someone asking for money at about 5:00 am. No hotel staff in sight, outside or inside. My sink was clogged. Large pieces of Bathtub enamel were chipped off. Room wasn't clean. My pillows had obviously not been replaced in years nor had the badly worn bedspread. Paper coffee cups are no longer protected in plastic wrap prior to use - so unsanitary. The doors close incredibly loudly. Ice machines not available on every floor. It was an expensive stay and very disappointing. Research carefully. We wont be returning.

I almost hate to leave a mediocre review, because it seems like they have employed people at the exact opposite ends of the spectrum. Checking in is a very pleasant experience, wonderful and helpful people from the valet through the counter. The rooms are dated but in pretty good shape, the beds are extremely comfortable! That unfortunately is where the good ends. From the bartender who intentionally ignores people and refuses to be more than 6 inches from the cash register, to the cold $16 burger – my advise is to stay here, but leave the hotel for all other purposes. Who knew that 2 beers and 1 mixed drink constitutes “a list” – and that even after I gave him my obviously difficult “list”, he ignored it and went on to talk to other patrons… I felt so bad for the very sweet and obviously pregnant woman who showed up that I gave her a very large tip on the water that I finally ended up getting served having given up on actual service. Oh, and bring in your own coffee packets – I think they intentionally leave nothing but decaf in the room – and tell you that there is no one to deliver caffeinated coffee to force you to purchase the $6 medium life juice. Overall, I recommend the place for sleeping – but nothing else.

Free if the room is booked and pay for in advance from hotel
Call them and ask, rates vary by day
I don't think they do, if so it's not running
Honestly not sure, didnt look
No
Apologies thought this was direct to the hotel.
No I don't think you can check in until after 2
You should probably contact the hotel directly. There's no guarantee that the hotel monitors Google Maps.
There is a parking on the southern side of the hotel. You need to drive around
According to Google maps: 1.8 miles or 8 minutes by car.
You can walk, but I wouldn't recommend it at night. The area between the hotel and Beale is pretty deserted. There are trolleys that run back and forth and horse and buggies too. Not too sure about their hours of operation though.
They obviously mean the UT Health Sciences building in Memphis. My suggestion: Google distance from Sheraton to UTHSC. You will get an accurate distance rather than relying on people who don't know.
Not a hotel shuttle. We took a taxi service. It cost about $40, but there were four of us.
The hotel is north of Beale St. You can walk 15 to 20 minutes or take the Trolley Bus. Later at night it is much safer to take the Trolley.
Hi Marisa! Well first, good luck! Second, you can call the hotel and ask for human resources to inquire about career openings. You can also go on Schulte Hospitality Group's website (the parent company) and you will see openings for many of our properties around the country.
