Zero stars. My advice is do not stay here. It’s hard to believe during our most recent public health crisis, an Hilton establishment would be associated with this rundown dirty facility and offer these substandard rooms to any paying customers let alone Hilton Honors members. It’s like Hotel nightmares. I’m typing this now because the room smells like an unclean bathroom so won’t be dozing off any time soon. Cleanliness. Poor Exterior and Hallways Poor Room - Poor mold in bathroom light bulbs missing , windows not clean mirrors not clean Afraid to inspect the sheets for fear of what I will find. Do better Hampton!! We’re paying for service and a brand we trust.

Dirty! The entrance has broken tiles no one is picking or cleaning it up, elevator dirty the railing inside the elevator fell in my daughter's foot. Our room is dusty I mean the baseboards has thick dust. No refrigerator or microwave. The seats in the lobby are peeling off. The cook's jacket was filthy. Oh the drainage n the tub is not working. You can tell no one cares. I know Hampton Inn sets a high standard of cleanliness but this hotel in Memphis (Humphrey Ctr) has substandard.

Let me start by saying that the service I experienced from the staff was good. The employees were friendly and served us well when we needed them although they didn’t seem to be happy to be there. After staying two nights at this hotel, I don’t blame them. Hilton, shame on you. Shame on you! This is nothing close to the brand that you aim to promote. This a house of horrors with stains and disrepair littered across the hotel. The stains in the hallways look like bleach and they are everywhere. The ice stations look like breeding grounds for roaches. The room always felt damp. There was no vent in the bathroom so I can see why. The ceramic fixtures did lot look fit to place soap on and the ceiling needs repair. I would have ask to be placed in another Hilton hotel but we were so tired the first night and had such a busy schedule ahead. How can this place continue to operate like this? Why do you think your customers deserve this lack of cleanliness? Has anyone from corporate come to check on the management?

Have stayed at Hampton Inns exclusively for the last 17 years comprising hundreds of them across the US. This is the least well maintained I have experienced. Staff was courteous but cleanliness is not anywhere near standard. Huge sediment pile in bottom of tub. Urine-colored water comes out of tub faucet. Hall carpeting stained and littered. Pool empty of water when outdoor temps in the 90° range. Really not the best showing for a brand I love. I would love to see Hilton corporate set this property as a priority for assistance in bring all facets up to the Hampton Inn standard. It’s worth the effort.
