Was able to pop in for a 6am class while on a 2 day trip to PA. Jeff was very welcoming and taught a great class with good movements that everyone can apply to their game. Everyone I rolled with was skilled and I had a great time.

Yes! Every Sunday at 9:15 am is women’s self defense followed by women’s only BJJ at 1015.
If you just want to try the class you can do that for free. They will loan you a gi and everything.
