I stayed at this hotel on June 11, 2022 today is July 5, 2022 and they have not given me back my $50 deposit. I have been getting the run around with these people for far to long. My bank says it’s on quality inn which is understandable and right. Every time I call this hotel they say “let me talk to my manager “ they never talk to him because he hasn’t given me my money back. The room was not left nasty being me and my two children only went there to sleep. There was no smoking so why are they stealing my money? At this point I want my $50 deposit along with the $127.65 I paid for less than 24hrs of stay. Every time I call the manager is never there which could be the reason they are able to steal from people. I’ve talked to corporate and they said if the hotel doesn’t handle it fast as an urgent matter to call corporate back with my confirmation number they gave. My next call will be to BBB, the local news station and the police. The towels had brown stains on them the cable went out for over 15 minutes. It was not worth a deposit neither a nights stay for 127.65.

The clerk at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. We had to wait in line over 45 minutes to even check in. Then he made me pay my deposit in cash because he couldn't figure out how to authorize my credit card that had already paid for the room and he kept trying to make me pay for the room twice. There was water pouring out of the light fixture in the lobby and the floor was covered in water. Thankfully my room was clean and so far the building has been quiet.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and she was the best part of my stay here. The 2 things I searched for when I was choosing a place to stay for the week was the pool and breakfast... Pool was closed, no breakfast was offered. I do know that they are putting in new carpet in the place so maybe they will be doing more renovations in the near future.

The hotel looks run down. Paint chipped in shower and different areas. It needs some TLC. The worst for us was the smell of smoking immediately after we open the room door. It was not just regular cigarettes but weed. I know one cannot control every single act of your guests, but if you're selling your hotel as a non-smoking facility you should reinforce it. Check in and check out processes were smooth, room was clean and the staff was ok. That's why I didn't give them a lower rating.
