It's a nice place to live in for someone but now it's time to clean up the bad activity that goes on. It's alot of crime going on in this area and some people don't feel safe there anymore.

This place use to be a great place to live about 2years ago. They changed the age difference. Now anyone can live here. The management socks you can't even get into the office to speak to them if you have a problem. They say we have to make an appointment. But how can you when they do t even answer the phone. I've lived here going g o. 9years and I'm bout ready to move. I loved it here at first use to be quite and peaceful.

Scammers don't waste your time and money me and a few follow coworkers applied for apartment. Gave us the run around after they took are $50 application fee. When asked why did not get apartment said there was none available. Tried to get closer to my job. But the place is drug infested seems like all there letting In there is drug users. SCAMMERS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Hi Angel, Yes there is a $25.00 application fee, unless you are a veteran then we waive the fee. I'm sorry but we have had to close the laundry rooms due to vandalizing that took place. We have 4 different sizes of 1 bedrooms. They range from $450.00 to $595.00, just depends on the floor plans. I would happy to help you with any other questions.
