Hi Angel, Yes there is a $25.00 application fee, unless you are a veteran then we waive the fee. I'm sorry but we have had to close the laundry rooms due to vandalizing that took place. We have 4 different sizes of 1 bedrooms. They range from $450.00 to $595.00, just depends on the floor plans. I would happy to help you with any other questions. Yes 25.00 but applied and must have it when applying. No there is no washer and dryer. They took out the little laundromats they had throughout the complex. Blamed it on everything else but basically they didn't take care of them. And they shut off the hot water to them anyway. Half the time you'd lose your money. It's 595 the truth is the one bedroom and studio are the same size they just put a solid wall up instead of the accordion door. Rip off. I lived there 2 years and all they ever did was take out the garbage disposal. I had leaks from the day I moved in. Suppose to be a senior complex but I've seen several families living in a studio. They actually said you can't refuse to rent to anyone. Not true. Senior complexes you must be 50 and over. Good luck.
