No one is ever in the office if there is ever anyone in the sign on the door for appointments only my neighbors hot water has been out for 3 to 4 days and they won’t open the door because they’re only taking appointments nobody ever answers the phone literally ever. Every single unit has an ac unit in the window and we’re supposed to have central air . It’s been a hot summer they won’t come fix the ac . They won’t Open up the pool doesn’t seem like they care if you open up the pool or keep up with Maintenance for the pool . There is no maintenance honestly I put in several maintenance && nobody has came out. You’re supposed to do quarterly expections and they don’t . It’s always some fighting arguing going on over here . People in an office debt in the care and when you come to them about a complaint about anything they have 1 million excuses they smile in your face and act like they’re going to fix it situation but it is now July have no AC we have no access to the pool it’s really pointless. The apartment falls apart easily I really like the beautiful when moving but looks can be deceiving . Two bedroom two bath and when I first moved in it was beautiful now I can’t wait to leave!!

The only low income program they participate in is section 8 vouchers. Their email is on their website.
I actually live here myself they aren't income based they're income restricted there's a big difference, unless you're son also has a section 8 voucher then rent is a set amount and will be dependent upon how many bedrooms he wants for his unit the only one I know for sure is a two bedroom because that's what I currently lease they're $951/ month + the amount of your water bill for that month (and this is without section 8). Income restricted simply means the household collectively has to be under a certain annual income in order to qualify. I hope this helps!
