Do you have apts for disabled individuals on SSI. My son looking for apt. and he is on ssi which is about $850.00 per month. I did put him on your weight list but I am not sure if you rent based on income. Please let me know.

I actually live here myself they aren't income based they're income restricted there's a big difference, unless you're son also has a section 8 voucher then rent is a set amount and will be dependent upon how many bedrooms he wants for his unit the only one I know for sure is a two bedroom because that's what I currently lease they're $951/ month + the amount of your water bill for that month (and this is without section 8). Income restricted simply means the household collectively has to be under a certain annual income in order to qualify. I hope this helps!
