I just want to take time out and say THANKGOD for sending this property someone like FARRAH to run things , since shes been here the property looks so much nicer , maintenance is way more better and she is the most understanding landlord anyone could ask for . Times are so hard for me , I fell down bad , but she understood and worked with me to get me back on track . She's like a big sister i always needed , shows empathy towards her residents , We need more people like her in this time of our world . Farrah dont ever leave us , your the best and appreciated at hilliard village apartments !!!!!!

DONT RECOMMEND. I’ve been living for 3 and a half years, and had multiple issues such as COCKROACHES, MICE, AND SPIDERS And many other bugs. They also haven’t opened up the pool Since i moved here. And too add on They've yet to add and remodel the basketball Court. And to top things off the office service is Horrible. Overall the experience has been horrible and I don’t recommend living here.

Hello! Parking is not assigned, convenience depends a lot on what part of the complex the townhome is located. Most have parking, some have to park off a side street.
Usually around 1:30pm or so.
