Very nice atmosphere. We only went there to have dinner with friends. The wait was not long. The food was very good. We ate in the steak house. The food is a little pricey but we enjoyed it. It was well worth it.

Facilities were great and the food was good. The service, at times could have been better.
Some of the workers were friendly and went out of their way to smile and offer good assistance.
Other times, some workers were not professional and at times, acted like they didn't want to be at work. To some, it felt like my wife and I were an inconvenience to them and why are we bothering them.

We went for our anniversary and got there late and were hungry so decided to order pizza and cheesecake from sweet tea and they were wonderful. The casino was a blast. It was my first experience. We will definitely be back soon. The room was perfect. It was by far the best anniversary trip to date. Thanks to the wonderful staff and atmosphere at the goldstrike.

It was okay. They just take all your money quickly. I mean my casino is at the Silver Star. Gold Strike should take some pointers from them. We all want to have a good time, but you simply can't when every machine is eating up your money, and not giving nothing to keep enjoying yourself. So my Fiance and I left rather quickly.
The semis/trailers park in back or at horseshoe casino next door. We park trailer in back when we have it with us. Security doesn't allow them to park up front and will force you to move it.
Yes for sure a roped off area for it and very large amount minimum bet tables. I saw it a lot when I was right by it playing the $20 min bet on blackjack
Yes, there's a fee of course.. They have any event today, obtain a player's card, swipe at the kiosk for freeplay, play with you card and you earn points that go into a drawing, you have to activate them by swiping at the kiosk and if called you win foreplay or a car.. The band and food, is awesome, Enjoy your stay.
Horseshoe has the best rooms. I've stayed at Hollywood, Gold Strike, Road House and Horseshoe. Plus if you stay at Total Rewards resorts you can use point at other locations. New Orleans, Biloxi, etc.

Gold strike will match any motel, hotel, or other casino if the price is lower. Also just gamble a little and they will comp you a room. I always just book one night and end up getting 3-4 overall.
Hello there, located right next door to the GoldStrike casino are tyhe Hollywood and Sam's Town Casino wich have some adorable boutiques. It is HOT, HOT, HOT here and I woukd highly recommend walking for a stroll touring the neighboring casinos to admuire some of the cool Movie memoribillia or taking a dip in the indoor /outdoor pools Within short distances in a UBER you can take a tour on the Missiussippi riiver on theTunica Queen river boat you . Or, bon an 8 min ride there's Tunica National Golf Course. Shopping is slightly more challenging however there is a very nice outlet mall in Southaven along with a really nice seletion of just about any kind of shop you would care for right there as well. In the GoldStrike casino there a wonderful spa available 7 days a week BY PHONE. They offer massages ranging from a lighter touch Swedish massage to the Therapy massage which is a deep tissue. Also, terapy wraps like Seaweed & Aroma. Body bronzing too. Clint Black FRIDAY.
As long as you gamble yes. Also dont think you can just play the minimum and keep getting drinks. For all slots in general they very rarely will bring you a drink. But its not enough to get a buzz off of even if you find someone and let them know it takes 10-15min and that's anyone. Now if you are gambling at the tables yes they bring drinks a lot. If you are at the higher minimum bet tables they not only will keep bringing you drinks before you run out they also are stronger and yeah you constantly get them. If you need anything at tables let someone know I needed cigarettes and they brought it to me for free
I reserved on the Gold Strike homepage ...joined the ml group and got a 20 % discount...53 dollars a night .. Checked in Sunday checked out Tuesday...so 100 plus 15 dollar resort fees...not bad at all !

Does anyone know.the buffet prices for dinner? Have only been there once and thought it was bery good. If it still is and not too expensive thought I would treat some people to dinner. And is Tuesday a good night to go?
