Why is it that you can't use your rewards card. I tried several times? I was disappointed that I couldn't even sign up for a new one. No Buffet or anything.i was very dissatisfied.

Im sorry..Whenever i am at the casinos i all ways use my rewards card i can't or wouldn't do without it .I love using it because. there is always a rewards using it.Think u very much for my card it have been a great help using it.
