The staff was friendly. That’s about as good as it gets. Please note, this is a pet friendly hotel. There doesn’t appear to be specific pet rooms so if you have allergies beware. I saw 9 dogs in an 18 hour stretch. We were in a non smoking room but the whole hall smelled of smoke. An alarm went off after midnight multiple times. It wasn’t a fire alarm, someone kept going out the emergency door which was super annoying when you’re just trying to sleep. The sheets were not changed, there were grease spots and hair all over them. But we usually bring our own so didn’t stress. There are hardwood floors which is great especially since it’s pet friendly. There was plenty of parking. People were getting turned away because they were overbooked. There is an incidental deposit of $5. Take cash because otherwise they put a $75 hold on your card and it takes up to 2 weeks to be removed. The hotel overall could use an update but it is what it is and you can get a decent night’s sleep.

The room was comfortable and had all that we needed. We wanted to do laundry, however, only the clothes drier on the 2nd floor actually dried. All three washers worked, so there was a line up of laundry loads waiting to be dried. There was not adequate sound proofing so we could hear the TV in the room next to us and voices in the hallway.

From outside didn’t look like much. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. It was reasonable in price. Would recommend and would stay again.

Positive: The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Negative: There was not a shower curtain and the wallpaper was peeling above the shower and there were all kinds of mold. We ended up only staying 1 night out of the 2 I paid for.
