Our experience at Marty wright was absolutely great! We didn’t feel like we were being rushed or followed around at all. Donald helped us out a lot, he answered all our questions we had. The manager was very friendly down to earth person. He knows his stuff when it comes to all the houses. I definitely recommend!!!

Once we bought the home , the service when down hill. We’ve been waiting on an answer for water damage panels for months now … the issues the house came with from the factory, the factory has fixed and paid for the panels they mistakenly mismatched.

UPDATED.. ITS BEEN FIVE YEARS AND THE BRICK UNDERPINNING HAS STARTED CRACKING IN SEVERAL PLACES.. ALSO A FEW MONTHS AGO I GOT A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE AT MWMH.. IT ONLY TOOK THEM FIVE YEARS TO READ/RESPONSE TO A BAD REVIEW.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING DONE WRONG BY A COMPANY THAT IN MY OPINION CAN BE SUMMED UP IN ONE WORD GREEDY. We did not havea good experience...in fact it was quite stressful...MWMH done the classic bait and switch...showed us a home,charged us for that home and brought out a cheaper home....I would not recommend this place. We've been in our house just over a year, things are already starting to go wrong. The cheap strips of wood that are around the windows are starting to pop off. Found there is no seal on one side of the kitchen sink drain. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They also ordered and charged us for extra brick and mortar and blocks. The brick mason was told to bring the extra materials back. That didn't happen we had been charged for the extra materials and I made sure it all stayed on MY property. BUYER BEWARE I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your money and go home shopping with a company that is not doing people wrong.
