Online appointment was easy. Bus was there and ready at the Orlando airport, no lines. Comfortable ride, curteous driver, staff was friendly. On the return trip our bus running late. Poor weather conditions caused major traffic delays. Mears did an excellent job of handling the situation. We got to the airport on schedule with no added stress. Great job by all. We will definitely use Mears again.

Our service from the airport to the hotel in Orlando was great HOWEVER they listed us a no show on the trip back to the airport even though we were waiting at the designated location. When I called customer service, they were less than helpful. I find it odd that they'll send 20 text messages about your trip but nothing about oh we've left you and you'll need to find your own way to the airport. Very disappointing to say the least.

Hey i don't think you understand how bad those drivers have it. Paying almost 1200 a week for that car slaving themselves to make a living. So yes if you have the address right that wouldn't be a problem. Also i doubt youd have to pay if it was a mistake on their part.

Call in and ask to speak to a manager. Then tell the management person what happened. They do follow up on this stuff. Everything that happens is on video. So i encourage you to follow up in this way.

Good morning Maria, We run extensive driver background checks (much more extensive than rideshare companies do) on all of the drivers who contract with us. Additionally, we continuously run DMV record checks along with criminal background checks. We care very much how drivers who contract with us drive and treat customers. If you have vehicle # information, along with date, time, location where you saw this, or if you were in the vehicle, your pick-up and drop-off locations, or alternatively driver # (from a credit card receipt), these would be extremely helpful in tracking down the driver. We address every customer concern raised, but we need the information requested to help track the driver down.

You don't have to book before coming, however, if you do pre-book luxury travel, we monitor flight arrivals. Mears have a taxi fleet and luxury fleet, any -if scheduled- must be on site at the time or before and 15 min grace period before starting counting waiting time, depending on the staging site and destination they have flat fares or metered fares that will never have "surge" impact. The vehicles are in continuous maintenance schedule, and any obvious wear and tear goes through upholstery technicians as well. Both fleets have optional car seats without aditional cost and taxi fleet have wheel chairs capabilities. Both are consistent service, not "uber surprise" and any complaint about ANY driver it's considered immediately and attended by live staff. Sometimes the 10 or 8 (lux) vans are same price as sedans size. "Lux" charges a bit more because "tip is included" Now mears SHUTTLE it's more for people in budget of single or two travelers willing to longer transit because of route and several stops, and you pay PER PERSON if your party is of 5 or 4 you overpaid traveling in shuttle.

I called them to pick my cousin and I up at a Walgreens last week and take us back to our hotel. It was less than a 5 minute wait, the driver was fantastic and I dont think I've ever been in such a clean taxi!
