Good morning Maria, We run extensive driver background checks (much more extensive than rideshare companies do) on all of the drivers who contract with us. Additionally, we continuously run DMV record checks along with criminal background checks. We care very much how drivers who contract with us drive and treat customers. If you have vehicle # information, along with date, time, location where you saw this, or if you were in the vehicle, your pick-up and drop-off locations, or alternatively driver # (from a credit card receipt), these would be extremely helpful in tracking down the driver. We address every customer concern raised, but we need the information requested to help track the driver down.
