I called the office to make an appointment and spoke to “Ali”. She was rude and had a bad attitude. She didn't like that I requested an appointment with the MD and not a PA. Then she said that I had to wait till Nov to see the MD. So I agreed to see the PA. She seemed upset, rushing to make the appointment. She offered an appointment at 7:30 am. I asked if she had anything around 10 or 11. She responded in a rude manner that she was giving me what she had. I told her that I was giving her the time that I would be available. I decided to hang up and make an appointment elsewhere. I've been to this office before and never spoken with this person. Usually the people are friendly and professional. This employee is better suited for a warehore and not a doctor's office where she has to deal with patients.

I developed a rash on my face and had no idea what it was. I began to panic as it grew and made an appointment to see Dr. Allison Arthur. She displayed great customer service skills and made me feel at ease. Dr. Arthur diagnosed and treated me quickly. My rash has almost completely subsided thanks to her subscription. I recently had a cosmetic procedure done with Dr. Arthur and I couldn’t be more pleased with my overall results. She is very kind and a dedicated professional. She cares about how the patient feels and makes sure we are comfortable throughout the entire process. Her nurse Heather, is also very accommodating and explained the entire process to me and even wrote out my regimen for me. I highly recommend Dr.Arthur and will definitely return for any future procedures. She is definitely passionate about what she does.
