Used the steak and shake app to order. They gave my order to someone else. Told me to go home and call the app. I had to pay a second time to get food. Phone number doesn't work. I called the restaurant and no answer. Went back twice to finally talk to the owner. After 3 days and hours of back and forth I finally convinced them to give me a gift card for the amount I lost because they gave my food away. Never ever use the app again. All these people are ignorant and incompetent.

Very clean, great service and has plenty of order booths so the wait time is minimal. We will definitely keep going back to this location.

This location is garbage, you can blame it on any thing you want. Management is a joke. There is no excuse for this behavior. I love how it's Stake n Shake employee's trying to make excuses. This location is nothing but bad reviews, and definitely should be shut down
