Ghetto as ever. Parents with uncontrollable children who frequent this neighborhood ALOT! This area is VERY high on crime and wouldn’t you know it’s swept under a rug with promises of written complaints. I witnessed my sister go through hell living here not to mention the maintenance men also ride around and harass certain neighbors while being a lot friendlier to the tenants who have “seniority”. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a family to raise. Riding by this place at night is dangerous.

The office staff has been nothing but professional, cordial and understanding. Every time thst I have an issue, it is taken care of in a timely manner. They are doing an exceptional job. There are somethings that they may not be able to do because it requires upper managements approval, but they will follow up and follow through.
