Guys pls stay away from this company they are rubbing people. I was receiving service from them then I moved out and ask to cancel the service they said okay They guy name was Brandon, than I spoke with Scott they sales guy and I emailed him officially to cancel the service he said okay after a month I found out service still not canceled thank I spoke with Brandon couple time , Tom and some more all promised To take care of it and now I am founding out after 3 month still nothing is not canceled I own them 145$ and they saying you have too send certified latter to cancel service ( before they never told me about the letter) and I have to pay the amount. They saying I have to pay six month service fee or they going send to collections. Basically threatening me.I have all conversations record with them and I am not going to leave everything like this .

These guys put waste management to shame. They come around and pick up everything. if they drop something from the mechanical process they get out of their vehicle and pick it up. They also take large items. Most of my life I've had waste management and they will just leave stuff all over the ground and they never exit the vehicle. They even drop debris while driving. Thankfully channahon has switched service. Highly recommended for all in the area to use this company

This firm made a roll-off pickup at 4am two Saturdays ago, with super bright spotlights and ample noise in a purely residential location. Great way to antagonize the neighbors! The previous pickup dumped partial contents on the pavement next to the box. Apparently did feel shoveling that into the new box was his responsibility.

This is the best waste management company ever. When calling the office, everyone is always so professional, helpful and nice, not to mention our driver Antwan, who goes above and beyond his call of duty every single week!!! Not only is Antwan the friendliest guy, always with a smile and a waive, but I see him stopping to pick up garbage cans and garbage that has been thrown around by the wind or not properly secured in the garbage cans. I hope this company never stops servicing our area, they are the best from top to bottom!

If the items are new, we suggest donating them to a local church or organization.
We can provide rolloff containers for shingles. Please call our office for details. Depending on the quantity, you may want to consider a donation to Habitat for Humanity. Another option would be to take them to a local transfer station. Moen Transfer Station has recently opened. You would have to contact them for rates.
Where do you live? If you are one of our residential customers, this may be a part your service. Some customers will be charged a fee for this type of pick up. Check to see if we are your service provider, then contact our office to make arrangements for pick up. Thank you.
