We brought the trash in a dump trailer, dumped it, drove back over the scale. we were out of there in less than 15 minutes. I'm very happy they chose Lawrenceburg for their location. Saves me a lot of time.

I have used this company for 2 yrs now. I did have to call a couple times because they forget us other then that it's been good until today. I had 2 cardboard boxes neatly stacked by the can needles to say they emptied the can but the boxes laid on the sidewalk! Unbelievable!! I just want to know is it laziness or what.? Apparently these workers would have never made it as garbage men when you had No other choice But to get out of the truck and actually throw the garbage in the back. Rain, Snow or Shine!! Shocked customer!! I will be calling tomorrow.. I Believe it's Laziness!!

Up to now, service from bestway has been mediocre. Last week though, our garbage pickup didn't happen at all. I called after a 5 day wait and was treated horribly. The person I spoke to talked to me in a very condescending manner and acted as if I was wasting her time. She told me the garbage would be picked up on the regularly scheduled day and hung up on me. Time to switch to Rumpke!
