I changed companies because the old company wasn't picking up my trash as scheduled. Unfortunately, now I'm having the same issue with Fisk. The trash runs in the neighborhood and the forget myself and my neighbor 3x now. We've been with them less than 6 months.

Very disrespectful employees, zero have customer experience. Guaranteed they hire anyone oldest equipment around, no where need updated vehicles. Half of vehicles leak oil in front of driveways. Wouldn't use ever again.

I sold my residence in Greenfield and the day I turned off service she wanted my new address, I told her we were moving to New Castle and she said they serviced that area. Now since we moved I called this morning to start service and Low and Behold they DO NOT SERVICE New Castle. I was told I was Mistaken, I must have misunderstood. No I did not misunderstood she provided me with false information. Much like when you sign up with their service they don't provide the information that your bill increases.I was told 48.00 every 3 months. That it doesn't increase no hidden fees all that BS. My last bill was 67.00 which had no delinquent or past due moneies owed. Becareful with doing business with these people, because they never tell you false info or are never mistaken theirselves . Do NOT BELIEVE THE FLAT FEE LIE.

I just got off the phone with a lady, I wanted to pay my bill and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life!! I have never been treated this way by a customer service person. Somebody in management needs to find out who this lady was and teach her manners. You just lost a customer and if she keeps answering your phones, I won't be the only one. CGS might be a little more expensive but well worth paying extra if Fisk employees treat people so poorly.
