If not, your initial and final destinations, along with time of your service and confirming this took place today should help us with identifying your driver. If you have a receipt, it will show both taxi # and driver #. You can respond here, private message our Facebook page with the requested details or call our taxi line and ask for a customer service supervisor. We do not condone the described behavior of the driver and would like to resolve this as soon as possible.
Well you had to do is to get the driver name, and the car number, and your receipt. And call the office to get your refund
