The weekend receptionist was not helpful at all. Had to check my own temperature. Very unintentive.

Check in went fine. Room was different than told by reception! Room floor was dirty. Staff was obliging when I went for water refill and returned the tray as she was finished eating. Patient also needed tissues and staff responded by giving me a box of tissues for her. Curious why she was still in bed at 1:30 in the afternoon. Should she not have been up and in her wheelchair?

The staff at Dwellside is fabulous. Unfortunately my mom has been to 3 facilities. I can finally and confidently say she is now getting the care that she deserves. She is getting her dignity back. The staff is kind, patient and thorough. Mom and I never feel like we are bothering the staff, they are always at the ready to help in any way. I only wish Mom would have started at Dwellside. Thank You - Stephan, Jackie, Tina, Kathleen, Sharda, Julia, Nicki, Dan, Alex, Stephon and all the other members that I have yet to meet. I appreciate the respect you give my mother.

The therapy department is exceptional and did a great job at getting my mom back to functioning independently again.
