I recieved a new HVAC unit on June 2022.b I am a single mom so I had to get a credit card to pay for it. I was excited for my house to be cool. Well guess what????? It was NOT!!!!! The next week I told them and they came out but they said the unit is fine. Last month I told them the SAMe thing, someone came out and they said it's fine. They said I may need a new furnace and installation. but if that was the case why would they make me pay8,400!!!!!!!! I asked them could they take the unit back and get at least half the money and they said no. Please SHARE this....... On hot days I have to run 3 ac window units!!!!!! 3!!!! This is so sad because I'm on a fixed income. Now I have to pay 8,400 for something that is not effective at aLL in my home... I cried for days...... Bad business If they told me it would not work effectively without a new furnace I would not have purchased .. Bad business..... Sad Hutchinson took advantage *Edit......the customer service manager SAID someone would call me to see what they can do. Never did. Maybe I should reach out to the new so I can get my money back.

I called Hutchinson because my toilet was leaking. They were very good at coming the same day. The tech was very nice and personable and diagnosed the problem immediately. The wax ring needed to be replaced. He said it was better to use two rings and installed them. He was here for approximately one hour. The price was $672. I googled the normal cost of having this done and it was said to be up to $200 maximum. I understand that he came so quickly and the normal cost for coming and the fuel surcharge were included but the final cost was unbelievable. I am living on a fixed income and this really hurts. Thank you Sheldon for your great service. I know you were just doing your job.

My hot and cold water valve for washing machine went bad. It will cost you $89 for the dispatch fee(service call) plus $25 fuel surcharge. Service men did part of the job changing just one cold water tube for $389. After the tube was replace, he found out that the valve need to be replaced. The valve cost $39.95 from Home depot, and he want to charge $285 for the part, and including labor, it cost me $1,079 additional to finish the job. I end up paying $389 just to have the guy leave. I called Roto-rooter to finish the job. Roto-rooter's plumber replaced the plastic value that Hutchinson plumber had done because it will not last long. They put in metal value tube instead. For 2hrs of service plus the parts including two tube rather than one, 2 connectors, I supplied the valve, and the bottom line, I paid Roto-rooter $579. They were professional and courtesy.

Our whole heating and air conditioning needed to be replaced. They were out the day of our call and our new unit was installed a couple days later. The company is great, from sales to technicians. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.
