I went to the shop today to have 150 copies printed on 8x11 paper. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk gave me a horrible attitude and said, “we need at least 24 hours for that.” I said, “well, can I at least get 25, and she walked away, not even acknowledging me and did that. I called UPS right across the street and she told me to come in. They had it done in five minutes. FedEx, you may want to get rid of the female working at the counter today or you will lose business

Save your money. This place is a joke. Had a large print order that was marked as shipped and never shipped out. The fedex declined the claim because they said they never received it.
