I was hired as an employee of The Perfect Workout and was guaranteed to be given clients once I completed certification based on my work experience. 2 months after my hire (and much delay from the company) I still don't have my cert to no fault of my own and I was now told I will not be given any clients upon completion. Why did Keisy Shorter, the regional manager from Houston, TX tell me these things only to change them with no heads up or explanation? Stay away from The Perfect Workout. If they're going to treat me like this as an employee, I can't imagine what they would do to you as a client.

Kristi at the Cherry Hill location is awesome! She is motivating, knowledgeable and personable. Kristi supports and encourages me consistently through my 2x/wk workouts. Because I have a physically demanding job, am 53 and have prior old injuries, I knew that to feel stronger, more fit and energetic. I needed to lift weights. Having had a gym membership forever that I hardly used, I knew I needed accountability to succeed. 20 minutes with the right person (Kristi) has made me feel capable and able to do so many activities that I was too out of shape to perform. I’m in and out before work. Kristi’s laser focus on form and her recording and adapting to my needs at whim, I KNOW that I just did the best, most efficient and effective workout that I could do at that time. Individual, personal and proven results workouts are the next generation in fitness. I’m so glad I found it with Kristi! So worth the effort!

I love the one on one attention Heidi provides each workout. Noting the progress I have made continues to encourage me to keep on going. At age 69, I am encouraged that I am getting stronger with each workout.

Try a Free Introductory Workout with no obligation. (Normally $75) Your Introductory Session is 40 minutes (1 hour for Virtual Training). You will receive 1-on-1 instruction on how to perform slow-motion strength training and will experience a real workout. Your Personal Trainer will determine how to tailor your workout based off your experience level, fitness goals and health history, including current injuries and/or limitations. I have injuries or limitations. Will I be able to do the workout?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

Yes. Many of our clients have limitations or prior injuries that require us to modify the workout. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to accommodate most limitations. We recommend seeking the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

What equipment do you use?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

We primarily use Nautilus machines. They are specifically calibrated to accommodate the slow speeds we use in our workouts. A portion of the workout may require the use of free-weights or alternative equipment. No equipment is required for our Virtual Training programs.

Are your Personal Trainers certified?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

Yes. Each trainer goes through our extensive education process. Most personal training certifications do not require any hands-on training to get certified. At The Perfect Workout, our certification goes beyond books and heavily involves hands-on training with real people. We test our trainers’ knowledge and expertise with numerous written and practical exams. All Personal Trainers are AED/CPR certified and are required to complete continuing education as part of their employment with The Perfect Workout.

Are you a franchise?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

It’s pretty common for people to think The Perfect Workout is a franchise because we have so many locations. But we're not. In fact, we are the LARGEST privately owned 1-on-1 personal training company in the world. The quality of our workout and our trainers is very important to us. We feel strongly about having the ability to ensure we can provide exceptional training and customer service in all of our studios.

Do you follow CDC guidelines?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

We’re classified as a Medical Fitness Facility, NOT a gym. Under that umbrella, we follow Medical Fitness Association guidelines - even stricter than the CDC. Our Medical Fitness Advisory Board advises us on program protocols for different disease tracks and ensures we follow best practices for pandemic.

How can you get results in 20 minutes, twice a week?

The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Oct 1, 2021

You can either train at an intense rate for a short period of time, or at low-intensity for a long period of time. Our methodology is based on brief, intense workouts that exercise the entire body in an effective and time-efficient manner. The only thing that makes this workout “too good to be true,” is that very few people understand how to correctly implement this methodology the way that we do. With our coaching and your commitment to giving your best effort for 20 minutes, you’ll be able to reshape your body with a much smaller time investment than it would take using other exercise methods.

You get our science-backed method through a video application (like Zoom), an efficient 20-minute workout personalized to your needs and goals and quality 1-on-1 training – from the privacy of your own home or anywhere in the world.

Cost per session, available packages?

Linda Moore | Oct 2, 2019
Marguerite Gockel | Oct 2, 2019

Hi Linda, Hi Paula, great questions! Our first appointment is 100% FREE and requires zero commitment to continue training with us. At this first appointment we give away the tools and knowledge to perform this workout on your own at home or on your own at another gym if you prefer and that is the most important thing to us. This method can be life changing, I know it was for me personally. If you are interested in training further with us 1-1 we have a large range of packages that vary depending on the length of the package, frequency of training, and even regionality. They can start as low as $48 per personal training session all the way up to $85 per personal training session with several options in between.
