Just had a fast, pleasant experience for a same-day visit. The front desk staff person was pleasant, the wait was basically non-existent (and we were early), and the nurse practitioner was friendly, quick, and had a good bedside manner. Would use again. Thank you!

The care team is solid when you’re there in person but waiting for test results from this place is a different story. I had my daughter seen there for COVID symptoms and it took over a week for me to get her PCR results back! I had to call 3 different days to get the results that they said would be emailed to me in 2days after my visit. After my 3rd time calling and 5days later I finally spoke with someone who had enough sense of urgency in to get me the results. My daughters mother just took our one year old there yesterday after I told her not to because of their lack of urgency to email test results. I told her since she was going there to get a rapid test so we can at least have them back same day. Here we are a day later waiting for test results that take 20mins to deliver and I still don’t know if my daughter has COVID or not smh. To the staff At PM Pediatrics I know you work hard and we appreciate what u do for our children but you also have to understand and consider that we as parents rely on you to give us the test results that we need as soon as possible. We have sick kids with possible COVID! We can’t go anywhere we have to keep them separated from their siblings the best we can while waiting on these results! We need you to have more sense of urgency when it comes to delivering on time test results because this is unacceptable! I can go to any other urgent care, emergency room or family dr and have my daughters rapid test results in 15min not still be waiting a day later! I can go anywhere else and have my daughters PCR results in 2days not a week later! Please do better! This is people’s kids we’re talking about! There no excuse for this lack of urgency!

Dr Shah was awesome! She was very helpful and fast with my son. My only gripe with this place is that the website portal did not work correctly to upload the insurance card. Alexis at the front desk was very kind and helpful and she was able to do it quickly. The company should look into updating the portal so you could streamline the process faster.
