patient first deducted the cost of my visit from my checking account before receiving reimbursement from my primary and secondary insurance. now they say they they will reimburse me once the secondary insurance comes through. meanwhile this health care giant has my $291. dollars and holding it hostage . I am 76 years old and never had this happen before. Beware of their consumer mistreatment. Medical care that I received was very good though

It's one of the best urgent cares that I've been to but the nurse was way too rough with the swab for the covid test. I've never had a covid test like that and when I expressed that it really hurt she did the same thing on the other side of my nose and proceeded as if I didn't say anything. If I go to visit next time I may ask for another nurse to do the test, it's still hurting now. Also as I was waiting to be seen another patient came in who was coughing uncontrollably I was concerned because it was all out in the open they were in the room next to me I could hear them saying that this person tested positive for covid so I was concerned about exposure. They should have another area for someone that was in that level of distress.
