I had a true and valid complaint about the care and they dismissed it. Said their care was appropriate. Doctors covering for each other...and I can't wait for the traditional corporate response from them covering their tracks.

Wasn’t able to receive treatment. I called for an ambulance (in agony with Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting) just to be picked up and placed into the ER waiting room for more hours. I’m pretty disgusted with the lack of urgency or care from the nurses whenever my boyfriend asked why I’ve been waiting for so long just to literally watch ppl come in after and be seen before me(the Triage Nurse and front desk receptionist basically told my boyfriend that they don’t know how long it would take for me to be seen.He asked the front desk receptionist for at least an ETA after 3 hrs as my pain worsened ,and was told the Triage Nurse would know.He then asked the Triage Nurse and was told “that’s out of my PayrolI” and was told 3/4 times “We have a system here” (that didn’t make us feel any better especially Me as the patient as I sat in agony and watch 4 patients that came in an hour AFTER ME be seen and taken back for a room.Where’s the reassurance ? I’ve worked at a hospital , and I would NEVER be so dismissive and cold like that towards a patient. Short staffed that day? Or just an overall UNORGANIZED system? I usually have great experiences at Jefferson, but after yesterday’s shenanigans I feel like I wasted my time and was just a number of course patiently waiting for assistance and treatment until I just physically and emotionally couldn’t wait any longer. After hours of waiting, the lack of urgency felt like it was being done on purpose, I sat there in disbelief trying to give the benefit of many doubts until I couldn’t take the internal pain anymore and went to Our Lady of Lourdes ER. Within 2 hrs I received the care I needed and an actual answer as to what’s wrong with me. Overall disappointed with Jefferson and wish my visit was handled with more care/urgency. I never thought I’d have to go from once ER to another in a day just for some answers and decent treatment. This occurrence has made me never want to come back again fearing such unimaginable lack of care, do better Jefferson.

Take IOP with Annetta J. and kelli camphell , and the group theraphy is wondeful , they are the best helping people with menthal help anxiaty depression panick attacks est. LOVE IT!! i super recommended!!!!
