i was Frustrated and Nervous when i received letter CP80 from IRS, i have to visited Cherryhill office because i couldn’t contact thru 800 phone numbers for days. luckily i met Lady named ELSA at front desk, she was very friendly, polite, and patiently solved the my problem completely with extra extended service. For reference, I am an old Asian who is not good at English. Wouldn't it be great if everyone working in government agencies and public institutions was like this? Thank you for your Help Ms Elsa ! 🥰

FYI - There is a 4 month backlog with IRS mail filings sue to limited man power.
An appointment is needed if you are in need of any documentation or need clarification of any circumstance. You can walk in to bring your completed returns.

You have to call the irs un cherry hill to schedule an appointment love..I only went to get a form and they wouldn't see me because I didnt have an appointment...unbelievable but covid changed everything!! Uughh
