The billing lady was very rude and disrespectful I had to call my mom because I had insurance she just disrespectful and inconsiderate for people struggles. I am minor the nurses in the front desk lady that tricks you in is really nice but that billing lady is so rude. I don't recommend talking to her I recommend asking the nurse to stay in the office because she's so rude and consider it for other people and I don't care she invaded my privacy she disrespected man.

Had an appointment today at 9:25. First thing i noticed when i walked in was it reeked of weed. Its whatever, but they tell you not to do any recreational drugs or drink an hour beforehand. The waiting room was filled to capacity and i ended up having to sit on the floor. Some people werent wearing masks. The receptionis wasnt rude exactly but she spoke in a very low tone and you could kind of tell she didnt really care. Im not going to go into the drama i witnessed, but it didnt make me any more comfotable ill just say that. The more i sat there, the more i was slowly making a decision to go somewhere else. I get that women need to take care of this situation asap, but what i dont get is having to wait 4-5 hours for a procedure that takes 4 minutes. The waiting room is dark and depressing, and i feel like they should give you the option to wait outside in between being called back for the ultrasound and again before the actual proceedure. When i asked if i could step outside because i was feeling overwhelmed by all the people in there, keep in mind, this proceedure isnt easy mentally or emotionally, i could swear she rolled her eyes. I went outside and called my husband and he was like "leave....we'll schedule you somewhere else and ill come with you." I know this place is giving women options and thank god i still have the option where i live but we were all just piled in there like cattle. And the darkness only made it feel even more like we should be ashamed and like were supposed to be hiding. My oral surgeon's office didnt look like that....why should this place? I walked in feeling good about the decision i was making because its the right decision. Sitting in there made me feel like i was paying for a back ally abortion in the 1950s. When i left i felt good about my decision again. Because i wasnt doing it there. Also, no offense, but people whonarent being sedated should be seen first. Our recovery is quicker and it would makenroom for more people to be seen faster and the general wait time would be less. Its crazy to me that instead of me being there for a couple hours id be there for 6?? With no outside drinks allowed??? Idk....this place just felt wrong.

I had the BEST experience here!! From the security to the last person walking me out. Those who are complaining about the time, remember you doing a procedure very serious and dangerous so don’t get there rushing the staff. God bless everyone at this facility.
