The facility is very spacious and clean. The coaches were very welcoming and didn't treat me like just a new person. I came for Jiu Jitsu and the instruction was excellent, he didn't rush and explained each move very well!

Throw them a message. As of now there are not mid-day classes but they've had them before. They do offer personals during the day.
Most teens work with the all levels class where it is matched by skill set. Give them a ring though to talk specifics.
CrossFit is in the AM. MMA classes are mid-day and evenings. Weekend mornings
They do children from 2 years old and up. They start with a young class called little dragonflies that's a parent and child class teaching the basics at an early.age. it feeds right into the.reg kids program.
