Lazy management, and extremely rude staff. They were completely rude and unprofessional to partner company employees. Narrow-minded and horrible staff. Do not waste your money here.

The new management ruined Nuts & Bolts. I came in for a T45 Torx wrench and the employee trying to help me did not know what a Torx bit was. With a bit of searching he led me to the screwdriver aisle and suggested the only Torx screwdriver they had, which was a T25. I said that would not work because I needed T45 and showed him the bolt that I needed it to fit, which I had brought along. He tried sticking the screwdriver in just to make sure, then suggested I leave. First good suggestion from this guy.
