The buildings are crappy now. They pick who they want to live there. The want like 3 incomes for a family of 4. Every 6 months to a year is giving in documents. There's certain nationalities in certain buildings. Heat and AC suck
My name is Eddie Dantzler Jr and I filled out the application 2018 for a 2 bedroom apartment or 1 bedroom and I had spoken with one of the workers and would like to know if I'm still on the list

I am not looking for an apartmen for disable people i just one where has accesibility to come in the apartment. No matter in what floor if has elevator, that it's.
The rent is determined by salary and family size. In the rent determination process they balance your ability to pay with potential city, state and federal subsidy applications you may qualify for. The subsidies help to lift some of the weight of the burden to meet the market price of the apartment unit determined for your family size.
Why is it almost impossible for a man to get an apartment, Affordable housing or otherwise.. regardless of; Income or credit. it's almost as if they intentionally discard applications from male renters. But will take anyone else.. its wrong

Its not only men people in wheelchair have hard time getting an apartment with a voucher because of rent and voucher price doesn't match so don't feel bad
What does a voucher entails? How long can someone receive voucher? What are the pros & cons for homeowners accepting vouchers?

Vouchers are rendered by the city, state and/or federal entities. The facility on application will apply for them on your behalf, or you may already have applied and received approval for them by the entity/ies. The vouchers are to help subsidize the rent. There is a yearly recertification; similar information is required as on the initial interview/application. As long as this is done on time, the voucher/s 'may' remain in place. You may not qualify for the voucher/s without a documented 'intent to sell' on the property/ies.

That I'm not sure about. But tell her to be persistent. Also tell her to call and ask if there are any rent programs she can apply for.. Spring Creek has regular housing and senior housing.
