It took me a year & 1 month to get in from date of application and they do accept certain programs, however they do have a program to help with rent
Waiting list depends on how much bedrooms you want i guess
It varies. I'm not sure. People I know waited 2yrs before they were called. So don't quote me. But definitely have ur affairs in order for when they do call.

I agree with Ted. It varies like Ted said. All depends on the size of the apartment you apply for and waiting list for that particular size. If you have any subsidy let them know that could help as well.
