If you are from the Bronx. You may know this development. My father lived here in the 90's. It was a nice place to live then. I know people that live there now. That say they love it. Sure there are some issues but the community is close knit and and deeply rooted. Many of the residents have lived there all their lives. The management, maintenance, security and tenants association work together to create a safe and pleasant living environment for the residents and staff. If you haven't had the chance to visit. dont rent here dont live here, grenadier realty proides the worst customer service in their management office, that last manager was a crackhead who was arrested on the property for money laundering ! And the neighborhood is really bad !

Might want to follow up on those 2 other applications and if too much time has elapsed, reapply. Remember to follow either by phone, email or mail. You should also consider requesting applications for the newer buildings.
