My mother has lived here for the past 18 years and I've noticed recently ghetto people who should be in the depths of a Brooklyn ghetto being moved here. It's not fair to decent residents and the housing office is letting hooliganism go unchecked due to this woke sickness infecting decision making. Quite a shame.

It all depends on the apartment size. A one bedroom the kitchen is small. I never had a problem when they need to fix something and rats are everywhere in NYC- never had one in my apartment .
