Worst customer service received ever! Both store manager and lead cashier were extremely rude and unhelpful. I went to this location's Ulta Beauty store to use an in-store credit I received from a previous purchase (used with a gift card) that I returned. The card declined several times upon use. The lead cashier Katherine insisted that the card was already used, and asked the store manager to swipe the card on his machine. He swiped the card once (it declined) and was quick to assume that the card was already used and proceeded to go on with his business. He did not make an effort to figure out what the issue was with the card nor did the lead cashier, Katherine. Instead, both individuals caused a scene in the store raising their voices towards my mother and I in front of other customers in line, stating that there was nothing they can do after I explained multiple times that the card was never used. When asked what was the purpose of the store credit, Katherine told me that it can't be used because it had already been used. However, she later went on to admit that the individual that gave me the store-credit made a mistake loading the card. At this point, I became infuriated, and when asked for names so I can contact corporate, Katherine scribbled her name and store manager name onto a piece of paper, where the handwriting was not legible. Not only was this situation handled unprofessionally, it was embarrassing and insulting. What made matters worse is that this terrible behavior came from the lead cashier and store manager. The ones that should be helpful and happy to help customers in these types of situations and ensure costumers leave the store satisfied. This was not my case, and I will not be returning back to this store.

Deanna was over the too helpful. The product I came in for was not on the shelf. So thankful she offered to check “the back”. Went out of her way to be helpful. It meant a lot.

I don’t recommend going to the salon. My hair was cut all uneven in the back and I look ridiculous. Also the gentleman who cut my hair did not listen to what I asked for at all. He did whatever he wanted.

I do maintenance at this place. But for all you ladies I would encourage you to go there and Shop the management is perfect they are very eager to help you out in any needs you need. They've got a beauty salon there they've got basically anything you women like there get your haircut get your face paint it up LOL and many more topics to make you happy. So do your favorite stop by bring some money LOL enjoy
