Our first experience with our first dog. They teached us everything about the care and they instructed us what is the most convenient pet healthcare plan for our pet. They were very gentle with all the dogs they were attending. So happy to feel comfortable at pet hospital visits.

I attempted to call and get my wellness plans for my pets cancelled, due to the way of the world and how expensive everything is I cannot afford it. What they don't explain to you when you sign up for the plan is if you use services during the plan, YOU CANT CANCEL AND HAVE TO CONTINUE TO PAY. Doesn't matter the circumstances, they will not let you cancel and will continue to charge you. It is absurd to me that you continue to get charged, even after asking to cancel the wellness plan, which isn't much of a discount as it is. I will bring my pets elsewhere.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
All I can say is every time we bring our dog, Susie, to this place the staff says that she is overweight. But they do not give a recommendation on how far we should walk her everyday, how much food she should be given (based on the exact type of food we give her for her weight and age). So just to go there to have them say everytime that she is overweight... doesn't really help us, (or her).
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
