This development is located in the best spot in the upper Westside area everything is nearby,NYC is about location and ppl sometimes forget & don't appreciate the fact that they have all the public transportation within walking distance, recreation & the view I'm not saying is perfect, but is one of the best one. Imagine the upper Westside without Frederick Douglas Houses 🏘️ provides: apts and jobs for our ppl think about it.

The management office needs real respectful people there. It's changed since 1993 it's horrible. I really don't think they are taking their positions seriously. In this management office the people aren't respecting the residents period. They could do better , if they knew better period.

This particular projects have been going down hill little by little. Both tenants and NYCHA does not care what happens in these buildings. Each floor is like entering a different dimension.
