You have to fill out an application then you have to quantify. The wait could be as long as 2 years.

It's a so long waiting list. I applied last May then they sent me a preliminary approval. I called them in September they told me the 1 bedroom apt waiting list is now at December 2015 and the 2 bedroom apt list is now at August 2016 and l have to wait till my order comes!

I know for places like this is usually a long waiting period because is kept and what they've have to offer on the in side and out and alot of places like this because are very expensive. You need to sit down that you can trust before you sign anything so not digging yourself self a hole. People have signed the contract. Don't get wrong this is a great place to live and raise your family they have alot to offer. Besides gas you really don't have to leave nick name Staret City that's what there seeing until 💰 you have to put up or later then realize it can't happen. When ever you can put your foot in the door make sure someone there with you. It's always better to have 4,or 8 if you're are them were glasses. It's better to see or hear with some one.
