This was the best hotel I stayed at while visiting Nashville! The rooms are clean the front desk are nice people other than I got charged for the night before and still waiting on my refund! There were some very loud guest throughout the hotel but they can't help that!! I would very highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

The bathroom tub was nasty and not clean…. Some sheets had dirt or stains on them. People slamming doors all night and making a lot of noise in the hallway. It was good just for a night stay. Limited free breakfast. The basics like eggs..waffles. cereal..bakery and their juice cups are really tiny like dentist spit cups.

Pros: Very nice rooms. Large, comfortable, well-appointed. The beds were really, really comfortable. Plenty of pillows for those who like to punch up. Cons: standard parking lot parking, but I had to make a couple of trips out to the car and back. I had to go out and get a license plate number from the rental (who asks for license plate numbers anymore?), And then I had to go out and put a piece of paper that said "parking permit" in the window. It wasn't even a real, secure parking lot, just some parking spaces in front of the hotel. The real con, and the reason for only four stars, was they charge $5 a bag for cold storage. We arrived a little bit early, and didn't want to drive around Nashville with the rental car. Who charges for Cold storage these days? Who ever charged for cold storage? I've been traveling on business and pleasure for 50 years, and I have never heard of a place charging to keep a couple bags until the room is ready.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The king suite was small. The bathroom consists of a toilet and shower but the sink is in the room! We have never seen this before! It was weird to us. Kitchenette was in the suite in another section. Even though there was sign to wear masks, no one did except us. I get it. WE are All tired of the masks but some people don't practice hygiene. The breakfast was a one star. Eggs were too salty. They don't have the BUNN Coffee Makers. The label said Folgers. We know Folgers Coffee and that was NOT it by a long shot. It tasted watered down! Don't mess with peoples' Coffee. I ate my leftovers from dinner as my breakfast one day and thankfully, there's a Waffle House across the street!

I'm not sure if they have a laundry room. Sorry.
Stayed in January was great, no issues with rooms, easy parking lot. Clean!!
You have to call them after you get your luggage and they will send a shuttle.
