Ms. Dawn was absolutely fantastic in assisting my girlfriend Skylar and I with our tour today. We were so impressed with the facilities and apartment complex at Brandywine that we decided to apply for an apartment immediately following our tour. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Dawn made us feel welcome, assisted us with any questions, and truly went out of her way. Would 1000% recommend working with her if possible!

Moving back here after 5 years and my, what a difference! Happy to call this place home again. Office staff are very friendly, and Gabbie in the office is on the ball! Apartments look so much better than when I lived here previously and the grounds are, and always have been amazing. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Leasing agent Gabbie Clay was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. I’ve been uncomfortable in past experiences and Gabbie was the total opposite to work with-valuable asset to your team. Brandywine is a great place to live. I feel safe and secure while living here. The staff are caring and prompt for service requests (most of the time). I have been here over 10 years and it has been a great place to live. (I really miss the indoor heated pool though :-) ) The only reason I didn't give five stars was because residents are required to pay an additional service fee for certain amenities even if they are not used or wanted (ex. Trash service). One other item that could be made better is a better mailbox system. Half of the boxes are open all the time and some have been broken into. If regular mail and parcel pending could be merged, it would be so much more secure. Also, it can be frustrating to have to babysit clothes because of fear of theft. I wish there could be a way to secure the machines so you don't have to waste over an hour sitting because of fear of your clothes being stolen.
