Great place to live!! I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. The Carillon has the best price point for being so close to Downtown. You won't regret choosing to live at the carillon and would recommend to anyone. Plus, The front office staff is amazing!

Carillon is one of the best apartments in Germantown. It's centrally located so everything you need is walkable and the Sounds stadium sits next to the complex, so you can sit on your balcony and listen to the games during the summer! After moving around Nashville over the last four years, the leasing staff here are by far the kindest people I've come across living here and they're the most personable as well, so they're always willing to help you with any issues. The amenities are amazing too and if you have a pet, the dog park on the rooftop is super convenient when you don't want to walk them all around Germantown. :)

Absolutely terrible move out process. Effectively on the hook for the previous tenants issues because we moved in during covid and nothing had been replaced. Their carpet cleaning company arbitrarily claimed stains that didn’t exist. Photos provided showed dust. The staff are unable to assist in any major issue. Don’t rent here. You’ll lose your deposit and the some.

My experience with The Carillon has been a positive one since the beginning. From looking at available units, to signing the lease, details needed for the move and then the move-in itself, I couldn't have done it without Teresa's help and prompt responses to my endless questions. Moving from PA to TN was not easy during a pandemic and she helped keep some sanity intact. Even on move-in day she popped in to see if we needed anything. The repairs being done from the Tornado were less than ideal for a couple of months. But, since arriving in May, it has been as good of an experience as it could be with the repairs and being 2020 in general.Hi Lauren, thank you for your positive review!
